Confirming your Appointment

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment, at the time of booking. No charges will be incurred, unless the cancellation or no show fees apply.

If a credit card is not received within 48 hours of booking your appointment, your appointment will then be considered cancelled, and will then be released.

Cancellation

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, Glow Hair Studio requires 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the total estimated cost of your appointment will be charged to the credit card on file. If a deposit was taken at the time of booking, this deposit will not be returned.

Late Arrivals

In order to continue providing the best possible service to our guests, we will not allow any clients’ late arrival to affect another client. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your stylist may need to altar your service from what was originally scheduled. It will be at your stylists discretion on whether or not your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If so, late cancellation fees apply.

No Shows

Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged the estimated total of your appointment. This will be charged to the credit card on file.

Mutual Responsibility Clause

Should we at Glow, need to cancel an appointment due to unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other force majeure events with less than 24 hours notice, no late cancellation fees will apply. We will make every attempt to reschedule you back on our calendar within 10 days of the missed appointment.

Re-Do Policy

We at Glow Hair Studio, strive to offer our guests the highest level of client satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, please inform your stylist within 7 days of your service. If we missed the mark in the execution of your services, based on the consultation feedback, we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

If you are simply looking for a different result than what was mutually agreed upon in the consultation, we are happy to quote you a refinement rate, which will allow us to shift your look based on your new goals.

Every effort will be made to get you back in the salon within 7 days of your re-do request.

Please note, if you do not notify your stylist within 7 days of your dissatisfaction, the re-do policy becomes null and void and any requested changes will be billed according to our service menu and pricing.

Return Retail Policy

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we at Glow Hair Studio will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 7 days from your initial purchase.

Retail purchase refunds are not available. We will exchange your purchased product for another product that will be better suited to meet your needs and goals.

Retail returned after 7 days, will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Privacy

Customer information in Glow Hair Studio files is used to improve your service and send important messages, as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.

Right to Refuse

Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

Health and Safety

The safety of our staff and clients at Glow Hair Studio, is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear a mask if presenting with symptoms at your appointment.

Pricing

Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request an in-salon consultation or estimate.

Children

We adore your minis, we have loved hearing about them and watching them grow. However, we ask that all littles remain at home while you are receiving a service. It can be busy in the salon and we cannot ensure their safety with hot tools, chemicals and sharp objects. We kindly ask that you do not bring your children to accompany you while you are in our hands. It is in everyone’s best interest that your little stay out of harms way so we are able to provide an amazing experience for you.

Children under the age of 11 are welcome in the salon as clients only.

If you are unable to find childcare, we will respectfully ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Breastfeeding mothers are an exception.
